THE CHALLENGE

Shared Power Should Create Flexibility,
Not More Work

Providing charging access across offices,
campuses, libraries, coworking spaces, and other
shared environments often creates new operational
burdens: device oversight, uneven usage, limited
visibility, manual tracking, and support demands
on
IT or workplace teams.

Omnicharge Power-as-a-Service is designed to remove
that friction. Instead of simply buying hardware,
organizations gain a managed service layer that
makes shared power easier to deploy, easier to monitor,
and easier to maintain at scale across one
location or many.

THE FRAMEWORK

What is
Power-as-a-Service?

Power-as-a-Service is Omnicharge's managed solution for shared power deployments. It's not
software, not hardware - it's enterprise power infrastructure delivered as a service.
Four layers, one program, one contract.

HARDWARE

Enterprise-grade
charging hardware.

Omni Power Stations are engineered for daily, high-circulation use - locking dock bays, app-driven access, and rugged construction that holds up in offices, classrooms, lobbies, and event venues. Each Station deploys in minutes from a single AC outlet - no construction or rewiring required.

DEPLOYS IN MINUTES - SINGLE OUTLET

SOFTWARE

SmartCenter tracking
& asset management.

Every PaaS deployment is bundled with a two-year Omni SmartCenter license. Administrators monitor Station health, individual charger activity, and venue-level analytics from one cloud dashboard - across one office or hundreds of locations, without on-site oversight.

2-YR LICENCE - CLOUD CONNECTED

WORKFLOW

Self-service checkout
for users.

Users borrow a power bank from any Station in seconds via the Omnicharge app or Guest Mode. No staff required. Configurable rental, late, and replacement policies stay enforced automatically - keeping workplace and IT teams out of the supply loop.

APP + GUEST MODE - NO STAFF NEEDED

SERVICE

Full warranty for your
Power-as-a-Service units.

Two years of worry-free service from the day your units arrive. If something needs attention, our team gets you back up and running fast - quick replacements shipped directly to you, so your spaces stay powered and your team stays focused on the work.

SELF-CHECKOUT

Pair. Unlock. Go.
From any phone.

no friction. Self-served, start to finish.

CORE BENEFITS

Built for
high-usage,

high-confidence
deployments.

PaaS is engineered for organizations that need shared power to just work - every day, across every venue. The result: predictable uptime, less IT overhead, and a clearer service path than buying hardware alone.

Worry-free service for high-usage environments.

PaaS is built for organizations that expect their PaaS units to be used every day. The program adds protection beyond standard ownership - keeping you covered with full warranty support throughout the program period so your shared power stays reliable and your team stays focused on the work. The result: greater confidence when deploying shared power in demanding, high-circulation environments.

*Subject to program terms and exclusions.

Full visibility without constant IT oversight.

With Omni SmartCenter, teams monitor deployed assets, track usage, and manage fleets across multiple venues from one system. Your organization gets centralized visibility - without manually supervising each station or checkout location. Dashboards, station monitoring, checkout monitoring, charger analytics, and remote venue management all live in one place.

Self-service checkout for modern organizations.

Omnicharge enables self-service checkout workflows so users borrow chargers without staff involvement. This makes the system especially valuable for workplaces, campuses, libraries, and flexible environments where convenience and autonomy matter. Configurable rental policies, late-fee handling, and replacement workflows are all defined on the dashboard, not at the desk.

Scalable across one site or many.

Whether you're deploying power in a single office or across multiple venues, PaaS supports rollout at scale with lower operational complexity and centralized control. SmartCenter is bundled software for tracking power usage and health analytics across the entire fleet — making multi-site rollouts feel like a single deployment.

OMNI SMARTCENTER

One Platform.
Total Visibility.

Omni SmartCenter is the centralized management platform for Omnicharge Power Stations. It gives administrators real-time visibility into Power Station health, device usage, and user activity across every location - enabling proactive management, smarter planning, and scalable deployments without on-site oversight.

Overview Dashboard.

The SmartCenter dashboard consolidates all operational data into a single, intuitive view. Instantly see the status of deployed Power Stations, chargers, checkouts, venues, users, and system activity - organized by key metric so you can assess performance and spot issues at a glance.

Power Station monitoring.

View status, connectivity, and usage trends, or drill down into individual Power Stations to diagnose network issues, assess utilization, and ensure chargers are evenly distributed across locations.

Checkout Activity.

Track user checkouts and returns across all venues with detailed activity timelines. Identify peak usage periods, overdue devices, and high-demand locations to optimize placement, capacity, and operational policies - without manual tracking.

Charger-level analytics.

Gain visibility down to the individual charger. See usage history, last activity, and checkout frequency to ensure balanced utilization and identify devices that may need servicing or replacement. SmartCenter helps extend device life and maintain consistent availability.

ENTERPRISE READY

The details
your IT team asks about.

Omnicharge Power-As-A-Service is deployed in regulated workplaces, K–12 districts, universities, and multi-tenant venues - so we've answered the IT questions before they're asked. Network, authentication, data, and admin controls - designed to drop into an enterprise stack without surprises.

Network connectivity & WiFi security.

Each Power Station connects via 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11 b/g/n) or 10/100 Ethernet. The Station supports WPA2-Personal (WPA-PSK) authentication and DHCP (automatic IP addressing). All communication is outbound over HTTPS (TLS), requiring no inbound ports or special firewall configuration.

* Enterprise Wi-Fi (802.1X), WPA3, and captive-portal authentication are not supported.

Single sign-on & authentication.

End users check out chargers via the Omnicharge app, signing in with Apple ID, Google, Facebook, or email. SmartCenter administrators can authenticate via Microsoft Entra ID, or email/password. Role-based permissions let you scope admin, manager, and viewer access to specific venues - so multi-site IT teams can delegate without losing control.

Data residency & encryption.

SmartCenter runs entirely on AWS in the United States (us-east-1) - no data leaves the region. All traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256 using AWS-managed keys. We don't sell user data, share PII with third parties, or use checkout activity for ad targeting. Data retention is configurable per organization, with self-service deletion and export available on request.

Admin controls & audit.

Every action in SmartCenter is logged: admin sign-ins, role assignments, policy changes, refunds, and exports. Role-based access (admin / manager / viewer) and venue-scoped permissions let multi-site IT teams delegate without losing visibility. Bulk station enrollment, policy templates, and venue groups turn multi-site rollouts into a single workflow - not a per-location project.

USE CASES

Ideal for Shared,
High-Traffic Environments

Anywhere users need convenient access to power - and administrators need visibility without
heavy operational overhead - Power As A Service becomes more valuable.

Hot-desking, co-working zones, and meeting rooms where layouts shift constantly. Power moves with the team - not the floor plan - so spaces stay reconfigurable without rewiring.

01 / ENTERPRISE
Enterprise offices.

Classrooms, study halls, and student lounges with peak demand and minimal IT bandwidth. Self-service checkout keeps administrators out of the supply loop while students get power on demand.

02 / EDUCATION
Universities & schools.

Member-driven environments where uptime is part of the product. PaaS turns power into a managed amenity instead of a maintenance burden the front desk has to absorb.

03 / FLEX
Coworking spaces.

Public-facing venues with diverse, high-circulation use. SmartCenter tracks every checkout and overdue device so chargers don't go missing - and the ones that do don't stay missing.

04 / LEARNING
Libraries & learning spaces.

Lobbies, conference floors, lounges, and event spaces where guest experience depends on power that just works. Stations deploy without electrical work, construction, or floor disruption.

05 / GUEST
Hospitality & public venues.

One program, many venues, one dashboard. Standardize hardware, policies, and reporting across every location your team operates - without standing up a new ops process for power.

06 / SCALE
Multi-site workplace rollouts.
